Kinmos
Based in Kings Heath and Moseley, Birmingham Kinmos is a charity committed to the social inclusion of those with a history of mental health issues.
Our Aim is to support kinmos members in the community, enabling them to self-manage their lives throughout their illness and recovery.
Many of our members can feel cut off from society, which leads to increased depression and anxiety: We offer a hand of friendship, social connection and support.
Kinmos is a stepping stone for members enabling them to become a valued member in their local community.
